Quick Easy Bodybuilding Meal

This is just a quick and easy meal you can make in no time. The best part about it that it makes about 6 servings, so you can eat several meals off of this. As is, its high protein and moderate carbs and fats. Id suggest adding a carb source just as rice (as this would taste great on top of it).
